By accessing or using the Bevenu website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bevenu ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color, image, or detail will be accurate. All product dimensions and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund any charges

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or impose purchase limits at our sole discretion. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you and either cancel your order or offer an alternative.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days; express delivery available at checkout
• International Shipping: Available to select countries; additional charges and customs duties may apply
• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs clearance, or high order volumes. Bevenu is not liable for any losses resulting from delivery delays.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Bevenu are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
• Be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive products
• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bevenu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

What We Own

• The Bevenu name, logo, and all related marks
• All product images, descriptions, and graphics
• Website design, layout, and underlying code
• All written content, blogs, and marketing materials

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bevenu. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any prohibited conduct. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other users
• Reselling products without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our customer support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
